The League of Women Voters of Holland Area is a non-partisan organization working to empower voters and defend democracy. We provide information about the voting process, hold candidate forums, sponsor voter registration drives, publish voter guides and maintain the VOTE411 website. These are are just a few examples of our league’s activities.

The LWVHA Water Quality/Climate Task Force hosted an education presentation February 18. Sarah Bowman (Ottawa Conservation District Watershed and Conservation Specialist), Cole Ockerse (ODC Network Environmental Programs Specialist), and Joe Bush (Ottawa County Water Resources Commissioner) explained the initiative and data that has been collected in the first year of the project.
